I use Lusha for prospecting, and I find it easy to use. The AI function makes it much more user-friendly than other similar tools. I can tell it what I want, and it will apply the correct filters and searches. The initial setup was easy, as it’s just me using it so far without needing integration.

What I liked about Lusha is that it has a simple UI and UX. Compared with Apollo and Zoom Info, I find Lusha much easier to use, to the point that even a rookie on the team or a fresher can understand it quickly, whereas Apollo and Zoominfo still feel more complex.
On pricing and overall performance, I can say that at its price point Lusha is quite affordable. When we compared license pricing with Apollo and Zoom Info, Lusha worked well for us. We used Lusha earlier, around 2 years back, especially when the sales team wanted more successful outreach with better data, intent, and proper signals. At that point, the sales team started using Lusha more actively.
Later, as the team grew bigger, we felt the data available in Lusha was a bit less compared to Apollo and Zoom Info, so the organization needed to shift to Zoom Info and Apollo. Now, half of the team uses Zoominfo for its AI intelligence features. We generally use the tech stack feature, which makes our pitch more refined what we should say to the prospect and which software we should reference as the basis for our conversation or client call. The AI intent signals through artificial intelligence also help us recognize current hiring, initiatives, and the org chart feature helps us understand the current structure of employees. That gives us more information to work with.
For integrations, when we had Lusha we integrated it with Salesforce. The benefit at that time was being able to integrate and see the pipeline directly in our Salesforce dashboard. Lusha connects to CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, and using that feature we made sure to capture all relevant contacts. We could create a list in Lusha and then push that same list directly into our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of each and every record.
One more AI feature I want to mention is that it helps in creating automations by automations I mean scheduling emails and tracking campaigns for support and onboarding. Our onboarding and team support experience was good, quite efficient and helpful. After procurement of licenses, they conducted onboarding sessions, helped us understand the product in more detail, and showed us how to make the best possible use of the software to ensure the best ROI from it. Overall, it was a great buy for us and helped us get good data, and we still have ongoing client business from it that continues to help us grow each day.
I like most about Lusha is how simple it makes finding the right people to contact. Instead of spending hours searching for emails or phone numbers, it gives you accurate contact details in seconds, It saves a lot of time and removes the guesswork from outreach.
